Fit Friday No. 5 (2018)

Happy Friday!
It's that time of the month! Today I'm checking in on how my April went. The first four months of the year have been completed, and I'm seeing some great results. I had a great month, and am feeling better than ever. If you're on this journey with me, I'd love to hear how your month was too!

Pounds lost
8 pounds lost this month, and since January, I've lost a total of 11.5 inches.

Goal of the month
My goal of the month was to be consistent, and work hard. Even on vacation, and rest days, I've been hitting the gym. I've remained super focused and made serious progress this month.

Win of the month
Re-measuring for the first time in a couple months, and realizing how many inches I've lost. Also, deadlifting 145. That was a pretty sweet goal to hit for me.
